We wanted to improve our setting, obtain a higher Ofsted grading, to know we are doing our best and that we are following guidelines and statutory requirements to have more training on the EYFS.

Action
I provided a number of visits to support the setting work through my suggested improvements, as well as in-house training specific to their needs, meaning they could fulfil their potential.
Outcome
Our first inspection we were graded requires improvement and on our second inspection in June 2019 we were graded GOOD. Parents and children love the new layout of the setting, especially the playdoh and arts corner.
