Description
It is a requirement of the EYFS that all children’s progress is reviewed between ages 2 to 3 years. This must be a short written summary of a child’s development in the prime areas. This template form is ready for you to input your knowledge of the child within. Each section of the areas of learning and development are prefilled with hints and suggestions (not shown in the picture) of what to include, based on the development of a typical 2 year old. All 7 areas of learning and development are included due to the tremendous development 2 year olds undertake within the 12 months to age 3. However, the specific areas can be deleted if desired. There is a handy guide to aid you when completing the check. The prefilled text can be easily deleted as you complete the form. Because this form is emailed to you, you have unlimited use of it for the one price you pay.
